Shouldn't this thread be moved to the Joke forum. Police Lieutenant Colonel Tarateap, the Deputy Chief of Pattaya Police was obviously winding up the newspaper. The cops need a bit of humor too. I does not take much imagination to hear the coppers laughing in the station house when reading the column.
