Looking For A Condo To Rent

Featured Replies

I'm looking for a one bedroom (not studio) condo to rent for possible long term from 1st Setember 2010.

Location not too important but easy walking distance to Bahtbus route in Pattaya or Jomtien.

Fully furnished, secure, kitchenette, air-con, internet, and reasonable electric/water rates. A pool would be a plus.

Under 13k per month.

Please let meknow if you know of any good value properties.

Thanks

Too many Condo possibilities to talk about but if you want a good temp home base Fawlty Towers is good. http://fawltytowerspattaya.com/

Very good price, real clean, and the Internet is great. There are lots of others. I'd recommend getting a good guesthouse first and checking out in person the longer term condos.
