I was doing a google search and Perfect Heart popped up. There are many Dr.s here with very high levels of education and experiece. I was wondering if any board members have been there.

This is the hospital a friends school sends allof there teachers to and he likes it. I know this doesn't answer your specific question but general impression can be an indicator of overall good quality.

What are you thinking of having done there exactly? As there is a world of difference between consulting a cardiologist and having open heart surgery. the latter requires an entire team of appropriately skilled people and there are only a few places in Bangkok which are up to standard in that regard. the former just needs a doctor of appropriate qualification, which can be found in many hospitals.
