Online Biking Mags

Featured Replies

A local CM biking buddy turned me on to this one. Very cool user interface, especially if you have an HD monitor and decent internet speeds.

What Mountain Bike - UK Mag July 2011 edition. Down load on line;

Sorry about the double post but just remembered there was a general topic on this. Is it possible the moderators can make this a 'sticky', that way we can keep all the mags in one place and newcomers / infrequent visitors can easily access. If yes, can the Mods also delete my other post.

Thanks - P.

Excl lent journals with photos of extended bicycling trips, many in Thailand and Asia. If I were going to tour Thailand I would read the journals of people who have done the routes I planned.

Here's another one; Bike Magazine - Reviews and Tests

You can subscribe for nine digital issues at $9.00 per year - which is pretty dam_n cheap. Or, as I found out, you can click on the back issues and read them on line for free. If you click on a back issue the cover shows to the LHS with an "Inside" button shown. Click on the "Inside" button and a the mag opens in a separate window. Pages turn by clicking on right hand border. To enlarge the page to view text more clearly click on the opened mag and it will increase the size to make font readable. Lots of Ads but also plenty of good articles and pics. The Jan 11 issue is the 'Bike Bible' and reviews the best bikes and gear for the year.

Enjoy!

The Rouleur blogs are interesting: I've just done one on cycling in Thailand:

Rouleur is a great magazine from the UK that deals with the sport in a more, shall we say, artistic way.
