Normal True Adsl Package Available For Small Company?

Featured Replies

Today I called True to find out about the available ADSL packages. I would like to get my small office with 3 people connected and was hoping to be able to get the True consumer premium package with unlimited free Wifi.

Now it seems that True has changed its ADSL offers:

http://www.trueonline.com/en/package.aspx

If I can figure it out correctly True Wifi is now limited to 100 hours a month and only until the end of January.

Is the old True Premium package not available any longer?

Also the customer service told me my small company cannot subscribe to these consumer packages.

Is this really the case? Anybody with a company out there using a True consumer package?

Anyway I could not find any SME package being offered on the True website.

Is anybody able to shed some light on this?

Thanks, Farrol

Meanwhile I found the (old?) consumer premium offer on this page:

http://www.trueinternet.co.th/ENG/product_consumer_hi-speed_Internet.html

Is that still available?

On the bottom of this page there is a button "Click here for more information" which leads to http://www.trueonline.com/en/package.aspx with totally conflicting info and price.

and an SME package seems to be here:

http://www.trueinternet.co.th/ENG/product_corporate_adslgoldpackage.html

Hmm quite pricey, would that offer better international throughput than the consumer package?

Got an additional number for the True SME package from an email they sent me...

In case you would like to subscribe for SME Package, please kindly contact 0-2641-1800 or 0-2620-0400 press 2 for corporate product during (Monday – Friday, 08.00 am – 05.00 pm.) or Email: [email protected].
