Would appreciate some suggestions of current best rates and locations.

City or Sukhumvit Road would be good but not critical.

There's been quite a few posts, you can try a search for Super Rich, they have more than one location. But VASU is by the Nana BTS Station on the north side of Suk and that may be the most convenient and probably have similar rates.
