Hi does anyone know the price sqm for laying a concrete road?road is 200m x 4m wide,very light use.

you would be looking at about 160,000 THB

It "should" be about 200 Baht per sqm. Many will try to charge 400-700+ per sqm

uhm, isn't Bartman giving the same price as Boater? Only difference is, Bartman stated per square meter and Boater per meter. At 4 meters wide, it would both add up to 800 per meter...

yes i think 800b for 1m x 4m sounds right.

Our contractor did 330m x 4m for 135k baht ...rolled gravel, overlaid with sand , mesh rebar, 2/300mil concrete.

They did not put in expansion gaps as I would have thought. Have one lateral crack but think that was because of acute gradient..

Am looking for someone to do stamped concrete. Several companies in Bangkok like http://www.winflor.com (650B/sqm)but they won't come to Samui.

Came back with 700 Baht per m2. 200m x 4m x 700 Baht... 560,000 Baht.

That doesnt sound right should be 800 baht 1m x 4m,so 160,000b!as some else siad on here they paid 135,000b for the same as you need,maybe pm him.

Necrothread but I got quoted today.

450 p/sq.m @ 15cm

550 p/sq.m @ 20cm

 

So 1800-2200 per metre with 4m width.

If it's 3x that on samui I don't there ever be any more rds being laid
