A couple of years ago there was a thread regarding Slingbox with a lot of useful info but may now be out of date.

I've recently installed one in the UK and watch here through a slingcatcher. When there is enough Kbps the quality is excellentl but that is very rare, usually about 2 or 3 in the morning. Can anyone update me as to how they are getting on with their's.

I'm currently with Ji-net who seem to be going from bad to worse and would appreciate any feedback regards ISP etc.

my Slingbox has been working great for the last 2 years. We had True for most of the time but recently changed to BB Broadband. Had more trouble with True where the SB would not work for a few days but then would just start working. No problem with BB but I do notice a slowdown on weekends and with my internet service overall. Great technology for sure.

Thanks for the info relaxed. Ironically only just picked it up as I've had problems with my connection.

Couple of extra questionjs, Do you view through Slinger catcher on on your PC. What area are you in as this can effect download speeds.

Anyway, I'll certainly look into BB broadband - much appreciated
