Cost Of Rent

Featured Replies

Does anyone have an idea of how much the rent is for a bar in the square (100 meters before Queens Park on the opposite side of the road) on soi 22? Not asking about any particular size. Just a rough idea as to what it cost.

Another thing, what is the possibility of this place ending up like the strip at Asoke corner or Soi 10?

Thanks.

I understand that current business owners would not want to give out information like rent to potential competitors. I already have an idea but wanted a wider source, thanks anyways.

On the second question, the obvious answer would be TIT, anything can happen. Again, I just wanted other opinions or insights as to probability...

Thanks.

50,000 to 70,000 Baht per month.

We have heard from a good source that this was going to be turned into a parking lot for Queens Park Hotel. We have not taken a listing for any business since hearing this. The same goes for Washington Square... the days are numbered till it’s a shopping mall/condo.
