Featured Replies

Often in the last few days have had problems when I cannot connect to Thaivisa.

It is only Thaivisa that I have this problem.

This is what I see on my screen

IPB WARNING [2] mysql_connect(): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2) (Line: 120 of /ips_kernel/class_db_mysql.php)

There appears to be an error with the database.

You can try to refresh the page by clicking here.

Thanks.

At least I know, now is not a probl;em my end.

Saw the same thing. A minor irritation.

If you are not sure, just open a new site by sep. opening a new page through your browser. If the new site works yor computer is ok.

I usually assume they are doing server maintainence and wait for a little while and it always comes back up, though I admit having minor withdrawal symptoms while waiting :o

We are doing maintenance on the system at regular intervals, and on some occations this will result in restarting the database. We have a 99%++ uptime for the website, and that is what we can expect for now.
