Adobe Audition Extract Audio From Cd Doesn'T Work In Ahci Mode

Hi All -

I was using Win7 Ultimate 64-bit edition with an Asus P5Q Pro Turbo MB and a

WD VelociRaptor as my C: drive in the IDE mode.

When I replaced the C: drive with an INTEL Solid State Drive

and also changed to the preferred AHCI mode for the SSD,

everything seems to be working like before except the 'Extract Audio from CD'

in Audition 3.01. I know it is the AHCI mode because going back to IDE mode it

is working again.

You might know how difficult and cumbersome it is to get any help from Adobe,

even from the Audition Forum and wonder whether there is a genius amongst you

and would be grateful for any help in fixing this.
