Super Rich, they have a couple branches in BTS Stations or Ratchaprasong.

BTS Saphan Kwai in the street Pradipat (intersection Phahonyothin / Pratipat - Intamala) there are several small independent and legal places to change money. As deeper you go into the big street from the inter section as slightly better the rates are getting. If you have to change 500EURO+ it is worth to go...

You get the best rate from Vasu on the corner of Sukhumvit 7/1 not much between them and Super Rich but these days every little helps.

Vasu on Soi 7 & Sukhumvit Rd is the best consistent rate I have found in 3 years
