Best Rental Agents

Have been scouring sites and my wife and I will be back up north next week with a view to finding the right property.

I already know a couple of agents, and have waded through 1000's of online listings but wonder if theres some agents with a good stock of higher end properties in the CM area.

Not looking to over pay, but very willing to pay above average rent for above average home, furnishings, etc. Dont need a large place but must have rock solid internet and like a nice garden, maybe private pool etc.

If you have a good agent, know of someone who handles many listings, please post and I will make arrangements to meet them.
