Is This A Fresh Import Being Sold?

Featured Replies

just noticed this car for sale on one2car, looks pretty tidy for its age, and the price is good ( well for Thailand it is )

But i notice, even those they are trying to block it out, the car has English Numberplates ? - listing - http://www.one2car.com/AUDI_TT/I24100531

being it is a 2000 Model, that would also fall in line with the V reg shown .......

Are Thai car importers now bring in these kind of cars?, as you can pick up a 2000 1.8 Audi TT in the uk for around 5000 GBP ( mint Condition ) , but they are selling this audi TT for 27,446 GBP ?

thats neary 5 1/2 times more expensive:o

Audi TT's have been here a while...Saw one the other day not so rare.

Nah, that is a thai fashion thing, the fake uk plate on the frount is yellow, a real uk plate would be white on the frount.

looks Ok in white, nice red leather, shame all the generation 1 TT's in Thailand seem to be the 180bhp models (single rear pipe). Could do with some spacers and riding abit lower IMO

My daily driver when I am in the UK is a silver QS with 240 bhp as standard, would love bring it to asia but no chance.

cheers

It's an old car, so I wouldn't trust the mileage.. It also seems a little odd that they make a point of saying it hasn't been in a crash in the ad..

In any case, it did remind me that the TT is the last bastion of awful interior design for Audi :)
