I have been wondering for the last few months about this.

Virginity - a matter of dignity or lack of opportunity.

I have been having sex for last six and half years now and had few women in my life. I had only virgin girl. My current GF is a girl who was not virgin when I met her. She had had sex with 1/2 guyz before she met me.

I really wonder and sometimes I become furious because I love her so much and I want to marry her. But it seems that her loss of virginity is a matter that will bother me for all my life.

Although, she is too much honest and loyal to me and she has had sex 3/4 times only (she refuses to tell any details. according to her its something, she is too much ashamed of). According to her she has had sex because of the guy lied to her that he is single and as soon as she knew that he is married, she left her immediately. BTW she lost her virginity to that guy.

Its too difficult to figure it out whether she was really willing to have sex and whatever she has done with that guy.

1/2 = 1 or 2 guyz, 3/4 times = 3 or 4 times.......

yeah its pretty weird for me too

maybe that guyz is muslim, I am not sure, as I told you that this happened with one of guy I know..... its not me

Based on previous posts I was wondering whether he was in fact a she... he has posted and said he is definately not a she.

I'm guessing the OP is a Thai guy, and the couple he describes is Thai, maybe in their twenties and in college (or working age, early thirties at the most)

I don't find the problem really strange, rather reflects a double standard that a lot of Thai guys have. It's fine for them to be "playboy" and have sex with their girlfriends, but when they're looking to settle down they somehow expect their future wives to be pristine white, untouched virgins. A statement like "I don't want the woman who will be the mother of my children to have been tainted by other guys" is not uncommon.

Unrealistic expectations by the guys, yes. Unrealistic situation in Thai society, no.

Before I get a whole bunch of comments regarding how "Thai culture is not as conservative as all the Thais and Thailand-loving farangs make it out to be", just keep in mind that in general society, the conservative premarital-sex-is-a-no-no attitude is still prevailent (even if in their private lives they do get down and dirty themselves).
