When doing traceroute to various London and EU based servers they all show as 4 hops with 3BB. What is going on? This is very strange

Tunnels and bridges don't show.

A tracert (not traceroute) shows all 15 hops to BBC.UK

A tracert (not traceroute)

Well it does depend on what OS you use, most will call it the correct term of traceroute since they aren't carrying the baggage from 8 character max filenames from ye old days :D

BBC.co.uk works okay, tracert/traceroute displays as expected, if someone on 3BB can PM me I'd like to give a few IPs to test.

post the ip directly, it'll be faster.

i'm also in samui and also on indy and the results are the same, however both websites work perfectly and are fast to load.

1 is the modem the other a linksys for wifi. Never had any problems with that.
