Ive left my bike there for a week on occasions when I had to work in Bangkok, No problems at all but I did use a chain and padlock just to be safe. Its free also for bikes.

I used to leave my Honda Wave there three days a week while I worked in Bangkok. I would put a cover on it and put a chain on the back wheel which went up and over the seat so it was obviously locked. No problem in 18 months. Very convenient to get to the airport and back.

I've left my Kawasaki there for a few days at a time too. No locks, but then, people don't seem to steal the big bikes (plus I have theft insurance). I imagine it's just not worth it, there are a lot of security guards around the airport 24/7 paying them all off would be expensive and you'd miss one... many many other places in CM where it's a lot easier to snatch a bike...
