Payathai Station

Featured Replies

Hi there, any idea how long it takes to walk from Phayathai BTS station to Pantip Plaza in Pratunum area....thanks

Easier to exit from Ratchathewi station (N1); exit via NE exit (will be signed Phetchaburi road) which goes straight down to Phetchaburi rd, then head east (right) staying on the same side of the road. About a 12 min walk.

From Phayathai Station it would take you perhaps 25 mins.

Get a map of inner city BKK if your unsure about these places.

Thanks Lake..i was thinking coming down from airport City Link to Phayathai station and walk there instead of transferring to Ratchathewi station.....maybe more convenience..anyway thanks..

Ah Ok. Well in that case two other options;

1) Get off at Ratchprarop SRT station and walk the same distance south down Ratchprarop rd through Pratunam to Phetchaburi rd;

2) Catch any 38 (fan), 139 or 140 (aircon) bus from the bus stop immediately south of Phayathai station on Phayathai rd and travel to the stop directly opposite Pantip Plaza on Phetchaburi rd - there is a pedestrian overpass which links direct to Pantip at this stop.
