Looks quite nice. :D

Maybe a little small but all depends on your requirements, length of stay and future intentions.

New building which looks clean with cable and telephone available (but check rates) as well as water and "juice".

Notice no A/c but again do you really need it?

Also whats the noise like at night?...apart from that.....

....all for just over 100 bt a night :o

For anyone that is living, or has lived in Chiang mai can they give me some idea if this accomodation is good value. It seems great to me, but have no real idea!

Thanks

It is a bit expensive, but not too crazy

you can stay there for 3 months, and find a better place in the meantime. It gives you a central place to stay until you find a better one. Talk to people in the bars etc

It doesn;t look like it has aircon. That would make it expensive. If on the other hand it has aircon and it's in a reasonably good location then it's a good deal.
