It Center In Bangkok Other Than Panthip

Featured Replies

New to Bangkok and I am looking to buy a new laptop and cannot find what I would like in Panthip.

There must be other IT centers in BKK.

Can anyone tell me the name and possibly the address?

Cheers,

A.J.

Fortune Town... Similar to Panthip with lots of computer shops... But, to be honest if you can't find what you want in Panthip its likely nowhere else will have it.

It's on Ratchadapisek Rd, near Rama 9... The Subway station is Phra Ram 9

What exactly are you looking for?

Fortune Town is a better shopping experience than Panthip (and it's right next to a subway station).

Maybe there are better bargains and choices in Singapore, so that could be an option too. (If you need to do a visa run or something).

Fortune thirded!

Much better than Panthip which is just a tourist trap/den of theives, forgers and pornographers.

Fortune, Zeer, Seacon Square. But if it isn't in Pantip, it probably won't be anywhere else nor cheaper if it is. I came to nothing as well and bought a laptop off Amazon.

Laksi IT plaza, formerly Laksi plaza, is a very pleasant place. Oodles and oodles of laptops...but not sure if they have what you are looking for. Also, Fashion Island's IT center on the 4th floor is quite large now, they have everything. Plus nice wide clean aisles, and if you get there fairly early and on the weekday, not too many people!

10-4 on that ...
