I can only assume that you are referring to matters regarding the hill tribes in the north and problems of getting Thai citizenship. I don't know exactly what happens up there so I cannot comment.

What I can say is that as most of the us here are married to or have Thai girl friends so yes we do have strong ties with this country and I won't even go into the financial commitments most of us have made in this country.

Perhaps if you were to clearly state what the probelm is then you might get a more sympathetic hearing.
