Good Restaurant Near The Airport?

Featured Replies

Dear all, can anyone please recommend a good restaurant at or around the airport? We are meeting some friends but only have an hour or two so the restaurant would need to be within 10-15 mins of the airport (by taxi). Any type of food is good but we would prefer Thai. Main thing is that the food is good i.e. not food court or Black Canyon.

Thanks

Luke

Not sure the name, or if it is even any good but when landing at SBIA on 19R you can see this pretty big restaurant off to the right situated at the side a lake. I've always wanted to go there as the plane spotting would be fun, and its nearly on the airport property. The lon/lat is 13.715685/100.741732, you can see it on Google Maps, satellite view. Its on King Kaew Road, just south of Lat Krabang Road. I'll try to get more details and follow up here.

I think its called Koh Lanta Suvarnabhumi Restaurant.

Magic Food Court, next to Gate 8 on Floor 1, if you like Thai food at a cheap price 24/7. Beer is available around the clock as well. :)

Thanks very much for your replies. There has been a problem but, if we can, we will try the restaurant.

Thanks for the recommendation, we tried the restaurant and the food and atmosphere was good, I would certainly recommend it for anyone looking for the same.
