We vaguely remember an electronics parts shop in the older building on Huay Kaew to the immediate east of the original 'Computer Plaza' that had components. Don't know if that's still there or not.

We have seen in the last few years these very bright white leds (battery operated) in small to midget flashlights, and key chain lights.

We'd like to set one or two up to illuminate a very beautiful and rare rock crystal Phra Buddha image we have, which is "ensconced" in a very wonderful Shan ceramic "pagoda," and wonder if you know a source of these in CM.

We use a lot of these "super bright" leds at our lab. Should be able to get them at Amorn (at ICON center) or Kitti Electronics on Chotana (Chang Puak) road.

Like Tywais said, Amorn or Kitti should have them. There is a 3rd electronics shop behind Wat Phra Singh (next-door to the Ham Shop), but I'd give the other 2 a go first.
