One of Nirun Condo's worthies was a rather aristocratic Englishman called Roger. He was a real star, in his seventies, pissed all the time and generally good company. Couple of years back, I believe, he had a severe illness which meant he had to go back to England, this after a long spell in Pattaya Bangkok hospital. Last I heard, he was in a nursing home in England and hating it.

I have lost contact with the guys in the area and wondered how he was doing? Anyone have any ideas?

Sorry never heard of him but you have just reminded me of another character. Does anyone know what happened to "Mr Chang" he used to sit in Nikon court all afternoon drinking you guessed it Chang. Really nice bloke, always had rosey cheeks and a big smile on his face.
