Bangkok Dental Hospital ?

Anyone used or can recommend the bankok Dental Hospital at Thonglor ?

Good or bad experiences ?

Any recommendations on other Dentists in Bangkok ? have tried some and they were awful, had to have the work done again.

Fillings falling out teeth breaking etc, Need a good job by a professional.

Have no experience with the Bangkok Dental Hospital, so can't help.

Been using the clinic at the Mission Hospital (aka Bangkok Adventist Hospital) for some years now, and quite happy with them.

I went there earlier this year. There was an almost palpable 'ka-ching' vibe (I DO NOT need all my root canals redoing...) and although I just had a clean-up, they were so rough and ham-fisted that I never went back - and I'm no shrinking violet, I go back to the days when local anaesthetics were a luxury.

Now however I am getting a bit desperate to get some surface work done, so if anyone does know of an honest (not trained in the US as an accountant) dentist, then I'd be delighted to hear about them. I seem to recall some good words about the one opposite Carrefour of On Nut...

Small practice but excellent techniques, pain free. I had extensive work done including extractions, fillings, veneers (top teeth)and a lower denture fitted two years ago. I do not like wearing a denture and your gums change shape, so I am going back for lower jaw implants.

She is good and relatively cheap!

Because a hospital or large clinic has specialists who know what they are doing as it is all they do. Makes a lot of difference in both quality and pain avoidance. In most cases this service is not more expensive than the doctor doing it all but in my experience the quality (especially of dental assistants) will be much higher and make for a better experience. And the autoclave is used for cleaning rather than as a storage locker.

Expect most general hospitals or larger dental clinics are the best choice unless you have personal knowledge of an outstanding doctor.

One of the oldest clinics (almost 50 years) is Dental Polyclinic and I used them in the 1970's. I now use my hospital based clinic dentalisthailand

I have been very happy with treatment at both these facilities. I have been less than happy at some smaller clinics - but in general believe treatment here is of international standards but often not as rushed (new treatment methods to cut time).

This place is pretty good. Especially if you need to see a specialist. I was very happy with their service, saw 3 different dentists, and the cost was reasonable. I had a very complicated problem. Went to a general dentist who referred me to another who called in another for additional consultation. You couldn't get that kind of service at smaller, one dentist only, places.

I go to DDS Clinic on the 1st floor of the Bangkok Mediplex, which is connected to the Ekamai BTS station. I go there because I live in a condo above the building so it's more for convenience but they are quite good and modern.

I use the one across the street from Carrefour in On Nut and have no complaints. I tried it on my girlfriends recommendation and was not disappointed with service. Place has a male and female dentist but I always make appointment with the man because gf said he is very gentle and always pain free. I also liked the fact he doesn't try and sell you on unnecessary dental work. Another plus he speaks good english.

There are two dental clinics across from Carrefour and the one I use is on left as viewed from Carrefour.

I go to Dr Adison on Sukumvit opposite soi 77 On Nut for implants,he's young, trained in the usa,seems up to date with all the recent procedure,explains everything before he carries out the work.

prices seem to be the lowest around,this was after I'd checked with 6 other dentist

went to On Nut this morning but can't locate Narin Clinic can anyone help me?
