Hi all,

I'm holding a Non-Immigrant B visa ( valid till July 2004 ) and my 90 days stay due on 11th December, 2003.

Can I apply additional 30 days stay? If not, I guess I'll have to leave the country for a day or two.

Very hard to get it extended at all without having started the process for a work permit. I believe you will be rejected, and have to exit/enter the Kingdom for a new set of 90 days.

Friend of mine just got 15 days extra on his Non Immi. -B with an "Extension under consideration" stamp so he'll get another 15 if approved or 10 if refused.

You'll normally always get 10 days even if they refuse your extension.

Slightly cheaper then overstay at 1900 Baht but fully legal!!!
