Do Home Market Cameras Have Thai Language Menus?

Featured Replies

Couldn't find a sub forum on Cameras & Photography so I'm hoping someone can help.

I'm debating whether to import a Compact Digital Camera or buy it locally.

Do locally sold Digital Cameras come with Thai language menu option, a feature which would make local purchase very tempting?

many thanks.

Still cameras have the choice so I suspect video cameras would also.

Yup ^^^, both my stills cameras (compact) have Thai menus as does my old Digital-8 camcorder that I bought in Malaysia.

Are compacts competitively priced in Thailand?

I remember an English friend paying twice what I paid in Udon Thani for an older model.

A reference is:

Canon Digital IXUS 105is = 5,070 baht in Australia.

Where can the best deals be had in Bangkok?

Moved to photography section. :D
