Back To Back Non-b's

Hi All,

1st question:

I have just got my 2nd Non-B visa because job number 1 fell through before I applied for a WP.

Now I am not sure that I want to persue job number 2 and am currently looking at other options.

However, I am a little concerned that doing a visa run and requesting a 3rd consecutive non-B from a different company may be troublesome.

Taking it one step further, if I did have the application rejected, what would happen to any future attempts at a non-B if I ended back at square one on a tourist visa?

2nd question:

Can anyone tell me what happens if a WP application gets knocked back because a qualification was not recognised? In the country where I come from one is able to get a diploma from a university, which apparently in Thailand may not be recognised. Is it worth trying anyway?

3rd question

Is having a degree necessary to get a WP for any job?.. or is it only for jobs in educational institutions such as English colleges, Thai schools etc?

As you can see I have some major issues here!! Maybe it's time to pack the bags??
