Does anyone know a good place that sells and fits external blinds? I need one for my balcony 'cos the sun makes the balcony and lounge unusable in the afternoons. I'm renting the apartment and the blind will become the property of the landlord when I leave so I'm definitely looking for budget / value rather than designer quality. I need someone who can fit it because I don't have any tools with me.
