have to do a visa run to kl [4/5 days then return]

want to take my thai g/f [she has a thai passport]

will there be any problems for her leaving thailand for a short time?

Nope, been to KL several times with my Missus. Never a problem leaving Thailand (and if you're together you can use the Thai passport line). She'll get a 30 day visa exemption entry into Malaysia.

Your lady will have to fill in a TM6 departure card before going to immigration (the TM6 works the opposite way round for Thais), they're outside the immigration hall at Swampy.

She will have no problems if you mean with Thai Immigration. KL is a daily commute for lots of people, including Thai.

When I first came here, it was all pretty predictable. Nights out, bars, always somewhere busy. That was the routine. These days it’s different. Quieter, less going out. I still drop in now and then, but it’s not the center of things anymore. The scene itself feels different too.Fewer girls around, or just moved online? I kept my Us address as I hit done research before moving to Thailand and realized that it was the smartest thing to do. Us social security has my Us address and because of this I don't have to deal with the are you still alive letter that many have to send back every year to confirm you're still above ground. I I'm lucky that my son lives in Las Vegas and he is a junior so both our names are the same. I've been doing this for almost 25 years without a single issue.
