Thai Authorities Accused Again

Today's lead story on BBC's Asia Pacific section is once again that the Thai Navy has been accused of towing Rohingya refugees out into the Andaman Sea in engine-less boat(s) and leaving them with very little food or water. The Thai authorities claim the refugees were passed back to Burma via Ranong and deny the accusations.
