February 23, 201115 yr Author I have several properties going up for sale at the government auction house on March 9, 2011 in Surin. These properties contain houses (279 tw), raw land, sugar land ( 6 rai and 4 rai) and rubber trees (9 rai) producing rubber. Please PM me if you would like any further information.
February 25, 201115 yr Author Here is more information on the land available for the March 9, 2011 auction date at the Surin Government Auction House. If you require any further informaiton, please PM me. Auction prices start at 80% of land office valuation, and at this time, the land office valuation is very, very low because the recent increases in the price of sugar and rubber have not been taken into account.
