I am only familiar with SKY e-cigs. They actually produce vapour which looks like "smoke", but contains no carciinogenics.

Has anyone attempted (or know the rules and regs) using these during a flight?

The distributor in UK of this Canadian product claims they are accepable on flights.

I have been using e cigarettes for a while and have never bothered to try on a plane because I feel it would be unfair on the other passengers. The two distributors I buy my e cigarettes from also state that even tough vaping on planes is not strictly illegal they do not recommend doing it.

Nico-gel works best. I import into the USA right now, thinking about importing into Thailand, maybe I should get in with the airlines.

Some airlines already sell the gels in flight.
