But with Nani suffering what has been described by United sources as a "very deep gash", there are concerns within Old Trafford that the 24 year-old could be out of action until after the international break at the end of this month. The depth of the cut is the prime concern, with the healing process dependent on the success of stitching, which could be put under pressure of bursting should Nani return to action too quickly.

I stated on this thread the Carragher one was a bad tackle and I said I have also seen worst in many other games by other players. It was a nasty challenge was it not???? and a typical Scholes challenge - late and reckless!
