Smartphone

I want to use about 4 apps for Thai language study. The problem is one of the apps is only available on the iPhone. I do not want an iPhone.

Can I:

1.) Get a smartphone that can use iPhone apps?

2.) convert an app to another operating system?

if you had an iphone before iphone 4 you could run android. but sorry, no you can't do what you want, unless you have an ipad.
