Selling Bkk Condo

Featured Replies

I am selling a condo near Lumpini Park. I would like to get around 100K bt/sq meter or 9.4 Million baht. 94 sq meter 2 bedroom condo, high quality everything.

Can anybody recommend a selling agent that either they or somebody they knew had a good experience with?

try

k. ampaporn ohnuch at cbre (richard ellis) 2654 1111 x438

she is an extremely efficient and capable sales / negotiator agent at cbre.

she wont waste your time and will only take suitable clients to view your property.

p.s. i have no connection with her , when i was looking to buy in bkk , out of all the agents that showed us property she was head and shoulders above the rest in terms of professionalism and she had all , and i mean all the facts about the properties she was showing at her fingertips , none of this "i'll have to talk to the owner and get back to you about that tomorrow"

i would avoid that place on sukhumvit between the dubliner and the park.

good luck.

I have recently sold my condo and used Khun Joe at Bangkok Home Real Estate Co. Ltd. (http://www.bangkok-home.com). He is very professional and speaks English fluently. I sold my condo within 2 weeks of it going on the market.
