Looking For Appartment <20,000b Pm

Hi!

I'm looking to rent an apartment/serviced apartment in the above area - basically anywhere close to the Central Post Office...

Looking to stay for at least a month, and after checking out Mr Roomfinder, I think I've whittled it down to 3:

Sathorn Saintview, Winlong Place and Nonsi Residence

I was wondering whether any of you guys out there had heard anything good/bad about them, or if anyone had any personal experience?

Access to WiFi/ADSL connection/Business centre is fairly essential, but any information of any type would be hugely appreciated!

Also if anyone knows of anywhere else that might fit the bill?

That's place is condominium which the rental is 18,000 Thai Baht.

Facility: Swiming Pool, Gym and Key Card.

Near to BIG C,LOTUS,CARREFOUR,MAKRO, Ministry of Foreign Affair and 10 Minutes near to Airport.
