I went for a drive at about 1.30 am this morning and parked up to enjoy the night time view with a friend of mine. To our surprise, there was a man sat all alone on the floor in the dark playing the guitar. We stood for, I guess, almost an hour enjoying the music and the moment. I didn't say thanks to him as we left for fear of breaking the mood. So, if the man in question is a TV member, on behalf of my friend and I - 'Thank you!'.

I hope you done your duty and reported the guitar man for playing illegally without a work permit, had him incarcerated, beaten and then in court the next morning.

That’s what they usually do to farang musicians in Chiang Mai, isn’t it?
