For what it is worth, I have not seen genuine Birkenstocks for sale in Thailand. There are a lot of fake plastic look alike copies however which are fairly easy to find and very cheap.

I frequently pass a small and largely legitimate looking shop in mid-Sukhumvit that has a very large (and legitimate) looking sign for Birkenstock. It's on the east side of soi 27 just north of Narcissus, near the sub soi where Silom Village is located.
