What kind of developments are in store for forum users? I have seen more interactive chat rooms, and other good ideas under different forum engines.

I imagine that each 'room' will actually (virtually) be a room that we can walk down a corridor to. Looking in through the window we can see how many people are in there. We walk up to the different notices on the wall, and can see other users in the room. We can even chat to them via private chat, voice, or WebCam.

In the Sports forum, we will actually play sports with each other.

And the best improvement will be HKK. There will be no posting of threads there, only a choice of weapons for 1 to 1 duals - which will be literal flaming. The winner of the dual gets to write the Custom Member Title under the losers avatar and it stays for 3 weeks. Or maybe the winner can put up a suitably demeaning avater for the loser ....
