Configuring An Already Installed Lpg System

Featured Replies

Had some work done on my car last week, and when i got it back, the LED guage in the car for the LPG gas tank was showing as empty, but the needle guage on the actual tank in the boot shows it as being full, which i know it to be having filled it before leaving it at the garage. The car only seems to run on petrol.Garage has told me that it's probably to do with having had the battery disconnected - that the gas system has been messed with and it needs to be reconfigured. They say it'll only take minutes to do - just a case of plugging in and hitting a few buttons - but i will need to find a company that deals with this type of LPG system. The system is "Powerjet".Can anyone confirm that this is the likely problem, and also does anyone know a garage that might deal in this type of LPG system? I didn't have it installed myself so i can't take it back to where it was done originally.Thanks.
