I'm trying to reset my password, but it doesn't seem to be working. When I click the link in the email it has me fill out a new password, which I do. Then I get this message:

Sorry, the Validation Key is incorrect for this member. Please check the URL or the data you entered into the form. If the error persists, please contact a member of staff to assist you. If this validation isn't recent, it's possible your old account has been removed.

Can anyone help?
