It'S Raining

Featured Replies

The heavens open, what happens to the songkran revelers do they all dive for cover to they don't get wet or is that a silly question

I resigned myself to staying in the condo today, but all of a sudden the music on the road outside has stopped is it safe to go out while we are having a thunder storm

Same happened to me last week in Chiang Mai.......on Wednesday heavy rain for at least 5 hours and very cold.

Of course there are always daft people who can't stop so I wouldn't take the risk.

The rain only lasted an hour or so and the loonies/drunks will be back on the streets within minutes now. :(

I'm just counting the hours till tonight when the nonsense will be over for another year. I bought a couple of 20B over-rice meals from the woman on the corner at 8 this morning, and I have a couple of beers in the fridge so I dont need to leave my place at all today.
