Internet Shop Users

Featured Replies

I've been asked to look at the possibilty of putting a course together for an Internet shop user who has difficulty understanding when someone has a problem or wants to know how to do something. If you have had any problems or difficulties in Internet shops could you please post here or send me a PM.

Thanks,

Jamie

hmmm... only real problem ive had at a internet shop is they still tend to charge you for a service you havnt received. I'll explain, one time I was in a shop I sat down to use the internet maybe 2-3minutes later the internet crashed ,when this generally happens (alot i might add were i live) you wait a few minutes an its sweet, this time around it never came back on.Now i was aware that internet was working in other shops sweet. I said to the guy try resetting your router system, to which i got a blank stare and a i dont know what that is. He was only a worker who also covers a cafe so I think teaching them the basic;s on resetting a router would be a good start. oh also I still got charged the half-hour minimum for 2minutes of internet.blink.gif
