Where have you gone in Pattaya? She needs to be seen by a neurologist.

I didn't try that yet, only been to hospitals, but i will try, thank you so very much.

She has been to a doctor in Siskat (her home town), convinced it would be cheaper, but i think i convinced her that money dont mean anything if your healt is at stake.

It is a hospital you need to go to, you won't find a neurologist outside of one.

In the Pattaya area your best options are either Bangkok Pattaya Hospital or Queen Sirikit Hospital in Sattahip. BPH is private and expensive, Queen Sirikit is government and very reasonable cost (still high quality) but long waits.

At BPH I would suggest either Dr. Songchai Chinwattanakul(male) or Dr. Darakul Pornsriniyom (female).

At Queen Sirikit just ask for a neurologist.

Hi Erik, If she is in Sisaket, you might want to sugest her to go to the ENT guy there called dr. Suthee, He works at Sisaket hospital and has private clinic near by the shopping mall.

I am just wondering could it be lacrimal duct obstruction or allergy which is unlikely as it is normally affect two eyes. Does she have any swelling near by the right eye corner close to the nasal bridge? Any itchiness and dark circle around her eyes? Whether it is allergy or lacrimal duct problem,or vertigo related, I think the ENT should be able to take care of the matter initially.

I assume, given that she has already seen some type of doctor, that cardiac causes (low blood pressure, irregular heart rhythm) have already been ruled out. Next step ids to rule out a neurological cause. What you describe could be a form of epilepsy...or even (unlikely but not impossible) a brain tumor. These potential causes need to be excluded.

Most neurologists are also skilled in management of idopathic vertigo.

Now the tearing up, unless it is always in conjunction with the dizziness/disorientation.may be another issue altogther. What could potentially be serious is the attacks of disorientation/dizziness.

Thank you, the synthoms are only what i have mentioned, occational very runny right eye, occatinonal loss of balance and occational headache. She also gets very tired sometimes, but thats probably to be expected as she work very long hours and has 2 young kids and a husband, she has told me that often she only gets 4 hours sleep pr. night. I remember that i once lost balance and everything spinned around, i my case it was an ear infection. I will tell her about dr. Suthee, and again thank you very much for your advices.

Erik
