Xylitol Nasal Spray

Featured Replies

Are xylitol nasal sprays available in Thailand, anyone seen them or had experience ordering online?

As a last resort would consider purchasing powdered xylitol, so if anyone has seen that please let me know.

For anyone with sinus issues these have come highly recommended and I noticed vast improvement just using toothpaste with xylitol. I guess a certain amount diffuses up to the sinuses. A direct hit with the spray could be what I need to cure my ongoing problem!

Not many people with similar problems.

As an alternative I saw on DW-TV today:

- nasal spray with panthenol

- nasal oil

- spray a mix of salt-water with camilla-extract

It seems more like an addiction than a real health-problem, although a long use of regular nasal-spray can damage the nose-mucous

If a problem with the mucous is the base of the "addiction", then a short term use of cortisone-spray might help.

Anyway, I suffer from the same problem and will visit a doctor one of these days.
