Animal Transport Within Thailand.

Hi does anybody know a good company that can arrange a dog to be sent to other parts of Thailand from Phuket?cost etc?

any airline carries dogs in cage in cargo room

pet in cabin limited to 20 pound, or some 10 kg, but travelling with paying passenger only, and in waterproof bag, and limited PIC each flight
