May 20, 200818 yr Looks like Noumea, but that is a capital and miles from Rabaul Right - definitely not Noumea. This place is probably 10 or more time zones away. And, was referring to LaoPo's pic of Roadtown BVI when I said it was in the same area- Caribbean.
