Pib
I've been reaching YouTube 24/7 on True and TOT which I have internet accounts with. I expect the government has targeted/blocked just your computer...that's just gotta be the only reason (or not). Expect you are simply having a DNS problem or there are some corrupted temporary files on your computer causing the problem. Heck, a month or so ago I had a problem reaching one of my online banking accounts for about a day, but I could reach every other web site under the sun; I turned my modem off and on and the problem went away...strange problem it was. bangkockney
I love how the Govt has tried to make this particular block look like a server error and not censorship. Failed though, the website is loaded on a Unix box, but no Apache details included with the error. Page isn't even formatted properly. I wonder if the government is blocking Rolling Stone magazine or vise versa. It is about the only thing that I mcan not access that I have any interest in. Seems so. Just got the same problem here. WebBangkok
Easy way to get around the blocks....... No scripts needed, the Thai government only block the homepage usually justin.tv is blocked, but if you just google justin tv you get the website plus 6 other links, channel, login, live etc etc. Just click on channel and its not blocked . I am sure its like that with most websites they have blocked too.
vel_tins
.... justin.tv is blocked, but if you just google justin tv you get the website plus 6 other links, channel, login, live etc etc. Just click on channel and its not blocked . ..... You can access the justin sites, BUT the streams won't load! Here is a screenshot from firefox, when FF tries to load the stream.... vel_tins
Works fine for me with Chrome. It's not browser dependent. It depends on your ISP. TOT (Pattaya) blocks justin.tv, some other ISP don't.
jdinasia
Back to the OP ------ Youtube is NOT blocked by the government. In fact, the Dems are using Youtube in their campaigning so it would work against them to block it.

Crushdepth
It's worth noting that every ISP seems to implement "official blocking" differently. There is no coordination at all.
