800 Baht at the DentaHouse on Soi 22 located on the first floor of the Admirial Suites behind the Parrot Cafe. The wife and I use them with good results.

At least double or triple the previous cost if you go to Bumrungrad; very expensive for dental work

I don't think so. Big difference between deep cleaning under your gums by a periodontist and a simple cleaning at Bumrungrad etc. Since the OP mentions dental surgery I assume he wanted more than a polish and buff. I have had a polish and buff for as low as 300 baht which is about what it was worth. For those who have never had a deep cleaning I highly recommmend it as up under your gums is where most dental problems start. Depending on your case they may have to numb you to do it right.

Just had the full periodontist treatment at Asavanant Dental Clinic next to Thong Lor BTS. Probably not the cheapest (3,000 baht for 1.5 hours work in 2 sessions) but very professional. They play nice classical music too and all the dentists seem to be women.

I have used the soi 49 dental hospital for several years and always got good service and fair prices. To get what they call a deep cleaning that goes up under the gums etc from a periodontist is about 1500 baht. Not sure how much a regular cleaning would be but less than that.
